Rental Fees & Booking Requirements

All rentals require a $200 Deposit that is refundable after the completion of a rental as long as the building/grounds are left clean, no property is damaged during rental, and all contract regulations are followed.   The deposit is in addition to the rental fees and will hold your rental date.  Rental fees are due prior to the rental date.  3 hour rentals require the renter to be in and out in the time designated on rental contract or the renter will forfeit their deposit.  All rental times can be customized if possible to meet the needs of an event.

Lodge – Building & 100 ft radius including gazebo, playground & sports fields

$300.00 – 8am to midnight           $275.00 each consecutive day           $175.00 – 3 hour rental

Conference Center – Building & 100 ft radius including gazebo & sports fields

$150.00 day – 8am to midnight          $125.00 each consecutive day           $75.00 – 3 hour rental

 Tabernacle – Building & 100 ft radius & sports fields

$150.00 day – 8am to midnight          $125.00 each consecutive day          $75.00 – 3 hour rental

Rock Cabin – Building & 50 ft radius      Sleeps 10 (bunkbeds) with 2 showers/restrooms on each side

$200.00 day for whole cabin (both sides) – 12 noon 1st day to 12 noon 2nd day (or customize time for event)

$100.00 day for one side of cabin – 12 noon 1st day to 12 noon 2nd day (or customize for time for event)

Cabins 1, 2, & 3 – Building & 50 ft radius               Each Cabin Sleeps 12 with 2 showers/restrooms

$75.00 day – 12 noon 1st day to 12 noon 2nd day (or customize time for your event)

Swimming Pool – pool area inside chain link fence

*Renter must provide a certified lifeguard for rental & a copy of their certification prior to rental

$150.00 day – 8am to midnight           $125.00 each consecutive day          $75.00 – 3 hour rental

Outdoor & Sports Areas – Basketball/Tennis Court, Baseball Field, Volleyball areas (with access to restrooms)

*Sports areas are available to renters at no extra charge during rental of any building above

$50.00 day – 8am to midnight          $45.00 each consecutive day

Whole Camp Rental – All Buildings & Sports Areas   *Maximum single whole camp rental: 7 days

$700.00 day – 12 noon 1st day to 12 noon 2nd day (or customize time for your event)

$650.00 each consecutive day

Inflatables use on grounds: $25.00 day– must be approved by Site Manager and removed by end of the renter’s contract date – only available to bring on site with the rental of any facilities above.

Note:  In keeping with the atmosphere and integrity of a Children’s Church Camp, no alcohol is allowed to be consumed on the property.     Wine being used to take communion is allowed for religious events.   Tobacco products,  firearms/weapons of any kind, or fireworks are not allowed on the property.  The Master’s Workshop Camp is a State of Texas licensed Youth Camp Facility and therefore has to meet the requirements of the State Health Department Codes and Regulations for this licensing.  All bookings will require a contract to cover the rental agreement.  Call our office for more information or to check availability.
